VILLA PORTOFINO BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNUAL REPORT 2019

The Board of Directors of Villa Portofino West HOA elected on November 2, 2016, puts all efforts to make this community a better place to live. Therefore, they have been developing a series of projects throughout this year.
Projects are done in 2018:
Paver repair (in order to avoid liability in the community). We started with the worse areas and finished with the less damaged.
Extended the fence damaged by Hurricane Irma on the backside of the community, (we have received reports from the security guards about people passing to our side after midnight, which means a risk for our residents).
Replaced all damaged grass by hurricane Irma.
Cleaned drainage to be prepared for the next hurricane season.
Started with the onsite Manager.
Projects are done in 2019:
Changed gate door damaged for resident cars.
Trimmed trees
Replaced the pergolas next to the pool area that was damaged.
Pressured clean the roofs of the 211 units.
Started with onsite securities
This board has the best intentions to continue working hard for the common benefit of owners and residents, but we need the collaboration of all of you to be able to achieve the objectives.
